What is Express Junk Removal?
Express Junk Removal is a convenient, cost-effective, on-demand solution for junk removal. We provide clean trucks, uniformed crews, scheduled service and upfront rates. We’ll remove almost anything from old furniture and appliances to garage items and renovation debris. Our professional crews provide all the loading, lifting, labor and disposal of your unwanted rubbish.
How much will it cost to remove my junk?

Our rates are based on volume or how much space your items take up. You will only be charged for the amount of items you have and the amount of space they take up. The more junk you have, the better bank for your buck!

Why can’t an exact price be quoted before arrival?
Express Junk Removal is unable to give a firm quote for your job until we are able to see exactly what you want taken away. Upon arrival, our crew will provide you with a firm up-front quote. Our pricing is based on volume and the nature of the items to be loaded into the truck.
Does Express Junk Removal Recycle?
Express Junk Removal is a committed, eco-friendly recycling company. Up to 60% of the junk we remove is recycled on an ongoing basis. We make every effort to responsibly recycle or donate the items we take away. Note: All appliances, TV’s, and computer monitors are environmentally recycled 100% of the time.
Why are there surcharges for some items?

Some area disposal facilities don’t accept particular items for regular disposal and charge extra for environmental recycling efforts. As a result, a subject surcharge is sometimes added to our regular load charge due to the extra cost to haul, separate and properly recycle items in an eco-friendly way. Common items include: appliances, tires, TV’s, computer monitors, CPU’s and refrigerators.

Does Express Junk Removal remove hazardous waste?
We DO NOT ACCEPT liquids (paints/chemicals/solvents/oils/sludge) of any kind. However, if possible, we are pleased to provide a brochure to assist you in finding environmentally responsible ways to dispose of most kinds of hazardous waste in your area.
What does Express Junk Removal take away?
Express Junk Removal will take away any non-hazardous items that two strong crew members can lift into a truck. Anything from household items such as old furniture, electronics, large boxes, and appliances, to renovation debris and yard waste.
Why are appointments booked in Four-hour blocks of time?

Express Junk Removal schedules pick-ups in four hour blocks of time in order to accommodate the travel and labor time needed to load and dispose/recycle between previously completed jobs.

Will Express Junk Removal show up even if no one is on-site?

We prefer that someone is there on-site when our crew arrives. If no one is on location, the Express Junk Removal crew will assess the junk items and load size (assuming it is accessible), to determine pricing and will call to confirm a quote over the phone. Upon your approval, we will accept payment via a credit/debit card that has been saved on file and then get started right away. Once the job is complete, we will send before and after photos via email/text to ensure you’re 100% satisfied.

What tools are on hand in the truck?
A typical Express Junk Removal crew is outfitted with a sledge hammer, broom(s), steel-tip rake, large dust pan, dolly and plastic bags.
Where does the junk go?
Most junk is taken to the nearest solid waste facility for proper disposal. However, items that are deemed salvageable are taken to the appropriate charity drop-off and/or recycling location(s).
