Volume
How much there is to haul. A few pieces of furniture and a full basement are very different jobs.
Item type
Furniture, appliances, yard waste and construction debris all have different disposal costs.
Weight
Heavy materials like concrete, dirt or roofing cost more to dispose of at the dump.
Access
Stairs, distance to the truck, tight hallways or backyard access. Built into your quote, no extra charge later.
Labor required
Disassembly for hot tubs, sheds and playsets, or extra crew for big jobs. Priced in upfront.
Disposal fees
Some materials cost more at the dump. We roll those into your quote so you pay one all-inclusive price.
Why We Don't Give Exact Prices Over the Phone
A price over the phone is a guess, and guesses turn into surprises on the day of the job. A couch on the first floor is a different job than a couch in a narrow basement stairwell, and "a garage full of junk" could be a small load or two full trucks.

Minimum Charges & Special Items
We have a minimum charge to cover crew time, travel and disposal costs. That lets us provide professional service even for small jobs: a single mattress, a few boxes, or one piece of furniture.
Some items take extra labor or cost more to dispose of, like hot tubs, pianos, heavy construction debris and anything that needs to be taken apart. Your Team Captain builds all of that into your custom quote so there are no surprises.
Junk Removal vs. Dumpster Rental
For bigger multi-day projects like renovations, full estate cleanouts or construction jobs, some customers prefer a dumpster rental over full-service junk removal.
With junk removal, our crew does all the lifting, loading and hauling in a single visit. With a dumpster, we drop a container at your property and you load it at your own pace over several days.
