This was a positive experience from the very start to the finish. Searching the Internet for a dumpster I happened upon Express Junk Removal and I liked their website and information. I called Kelly she could not have been nicer set me up for an appointment told me that after they give me the estimate if I don't like it, That was fine there was no charge. This morning two very friendly, very polite, very competent guys, Tony and Brian arrived they were wonderful. Polite, understood exactly what I needed removed, explained each item if there was an extra charge. They worked very efficiently up and down my basement steps 100 times I think. I would highly recommend this company. I am very pleased I felt the price was fair and in an hour and a half a job that it would've taken me two weeks was done.
I like that the company is local, they called 20 minutes before they arrived, they were on time and polite. I could not have asked for a better experience.
I plan on continuing my downsizing and basement clean out after the holidays and I will certainly be calling them again.
